From OPI's Matte collection. Now Russian Navy has a matte finish. What this means: no shine, at all. The color is a cool, deep blue hue, but is missing the violet shimmer that the original Russian Navy shade has. It still looks interesting. And even though OPI recommends not wearing a base or top coat with it, for a shade this dark a base coat will protect the nails from getting stained, while without a top coat this nail polish chips quickly.
