Not only is it Gmail and Google search friendly, it will soon be available on via both T-Mobile and Verizon networks. And, for a little extra cash, they will even let you add your own SIM card to the device. All on an Android-based platform that is going to give both the Droid and the iPhone a run for their cellular money. Available now.
this phone looks so cool i would buy t in a heartbeat.
First- I like my iPhone better. In almost every way it is a better device. But I am enjoying using my Nexus One waiting for iPhone 4 for a bunch of reasons- it is fast, the phone (and speaker phone) is far better than most, and it is nice and slim. The suck- Android, the dumb bottom nav buttons and trackball, oil-loving sunlight-hating screen, make this a pass for everyone but more adventurous gadget lovers. If you are one of those, give it a try. It is brimming with promise, and some of the google apps (Goggles and Sky in particular) give an exciting glimpse at where Android will go.
