Saw the movie, LOVED it, and quickly procured the soundtrack after seeing it - gives you the same warm fuzzy feeling that the movie does - stoked that they included the Sonic Youth version of Superstar and Michael Cera and Ellen Page doing The Mouldy Peaches track. HIgh-fives all round for this one!

A friend of mine recommended this to me...she saw the movie and right after ran home to use the itunes gift card she had to download the soundtrack! She loved it so much...i had to check it out...it's really good! (via Amazon)

Duh, this movie is ancient history now. The soundtrack, had little traction past the initial hype anyways. However, I think it does deserve a nod. I mean, it really is a collection of 19 really fun songs.

Sometimes music takes over everithing else. You just can't remember anything but that.

I'm not sure which I love more, the movie or the soundtrack. The soundtrack has the most imperfectly perfect songs I've ever heard. From the tweest Velvet Underground track ever, to an amazing cover by Sonic Youth, it's just a happy album.

I just loved this movie and all of the music affiliated with it. If you haven't seen it yet--- make sure you do -- and fast. Once you've seen it the music will make more sense and I'm sure you'll dig it too.
