First to recommend
Acrylic latex cement hardener. Should be used with Ultracal 30 if you think you're going to be reusing/rebaking your molds often - will increase the strength of the mold and hold up to a lot of abuse. The drawback is that this takes some serious time to work with. Then again, if your molds crack, having to recast them would be even worse. Do it right the first time!
