A comic book movie like this is good when you can recommend it as a film that is worth watching to non comic book fans. Batman Begins is a good story with good acting and good special effects. Christian Bale is not the greatest actor in the world but he does a good job with his interpretation of a young Bruce Wayne. He really captured Batman as the "bad cop" that he can be when he deals with criminals.

There is rarely a series that gets BETTER with each movie... this one started out good with Batman Begins, and killed it with the Dark Knight. They did a fantastic job with both movies- a comic book movie that you can get even your girlfriend to watch. :)

Prior to The Dark Knight, this was probably one of my favorite comic book movies. Forget all the old batman movies, this is how it should have been done in the first place! Great action!

Buy it, own it, watch it, love it. Then go to theater and see the sequel!!

In my eyes, this is the best Batman movie ever. So dark without any of the ridiculously costumed villains.
