So I was in need of a serious digital camera upgrade. I had an old Samsung with around 4mp from 2004.
This camera is great. I chose it mainly on looks. It's a pretty purplish cranberry color (some stores consider it "red" and others "plum), and Casio boasts that it's the slimmest digital camera in its megapixel range. Takes great quality photos and its "best shot" feature is amazing. Every single subject you can think of has a best shot mode: from "candle lit" to "beach mode" to something as specific as "soft flowing water". And my favorite is the anti-shake mode.

I only wish that for the price, it came with a case.
