I have been looking all over for one of these petticoats. The only ones I have seen are ugly trashy vintage ones. Vintage is great and all but vintage tulle gets all crunchy and weird.

I absolutely love purple and when I saw this purple pannier I nearly died! What a great idea!!! So cute and you could totally coordinate this under your lovely lolita dress or raver outfit!
