I spend a lot of time in my car stuck in traffic. My most creative thoughts tend to come at this moment. I've almost killed myself several times texting messages to myself or even trying to jot things down. In situations like this, a digital voice recorder would be very handy.

When dieting, studies show that writing down what you eat cam help you do a better job of monitoring calorie intact and losing weight. Or, you can use this audio recorder to record what you eat. Or you cna use it to incriminate/blackmail (sp?) people. It is really up to you.
