I'm sure, for the right amount of money, you could convince Porsche to paint it some color other than orange. But then how would the unwashed masses recognize it's a GT3 *RS*?

I did get a ride in a 996 GT3 (not RS) at an autocross last year, and it was mighty impressive.

This is my boyfriend's girlfriend. He doesn't own one but lusts after it all the same. One time we tested one out on the freeway and Porsche drivers galore chased us down and circled the car (while driving) in admiration. It's one hot car. Race-spec'd but street-legal.
