an absurdist, hard sci-fi look at what the singularity might be like, sentient lobsters and all. Highly recommended though the quick-cut writing style can be a little difficult to get used to

Wow, this book moves fast! It moved too fast for me to really understand what was going on, but I'm going to recommend it just for the folks who like cutting edge science fiction with the whole "singularity" theme.
