When I do not have time to make homemade desserts for a gathering or party that I go to, I pick something made by Entenmann's. Their products are fresh and most people enjoy their desserts.

I found out that Entenmann's makes a Red Velvet Layer Cake, so I had to track the cake down for a taste. Red Velvet Cake is a traditon when it comes to soul food!

The red cake is moist and fluffy, the chocolate layers are not to rich, but just right and the white icing has a nice buttery, cream cheese taste. I give this cake a major thumbs up!
