Dude, if you are still using a floppy disk for your portable file carrying needs then...there is no hope for ya.
In order to step into the 21st century may I suggest this tiny little bugger called a USB FLASH DRIVE.
It holds 1 gig of memory in a tiny little enclosure. I use mine personally as a key chain. You just never know when you'll need to transfer or gather files larger than 1.44 megs.
