The Rock N Flex is an excellent beginner rocker board. Perfect for dynamic stabilization and core work. To me, the coolest thing about this particular board is that it has one thick edge, which allows you to stretch your calves, hamstrings, and glutes.
"And just how does this benefit me, trainer boy." Well...got low back pain? There's a good chance it's because your calves are tight. Tight calves pull on your hamstrings, which then pull on your glutes, and then your glutes pull on your low back. And you now have low pain.
We exercise nerds refer to that as a "kinetic chain". That simply means that everything is connected, but I sound smarter the other way.
Ok, quick summary. Balance good...flexibility good...Rock N Flex, way cool & uber beneficial.
