Another gem from Europe. Labello makes some great, all-purpose lip balm. Their classic and sun protection versions have a great, neutral taste, though you can get them in flavors, such as strawberry.

They sell a version with an SPF of 25, and a medicated verison which is perfect for severely dry and chapped lips.
