  Another gem from Europe. Labello makes some great, all-purpose lip balm. Their classic and sun protection versions have a great, neutral taste, though you can get them in flavors, such as strawberry. They sell a version with an SPF of 25, and a medicated verison which is perfect for severely dry and chapped lips. I highly recommend any lip balm from this company. The classic version is great by itself, give it a try!

  This lip balm really saved my lips during dry weather - perfect consistency and just a hint of color ( I had the Rose).
