This is one item that I could not live without in design school. I must have bought 50 of them but it's not because they suck it's because I suck. I would often use these as a straight edge while I cut paper with my exacto knife, one slip of the wrist and you can ruin a perfectly good ruler. Anyone who is a fashion illustrator or wants to get into it you must get yourself one of these. They are perfect for technical drawings when it comes to drawing in stitches and other tedious details.
