Delicious, restaurant-quality waffles every time.
I've tried a LOT of different waffle batters, and Carbon's Golden Malted is the best I've ever tried. It's more expensive than Krusteaze or Bisquick, but it's worth it when you get excellent waffles instead of flaccid, flavorless stuff.

This is the best waffle mix I have ever tasted. We went on vacation and they made these at the breakfast buffet every morning. I asked what brand and they told me Golden Malted and I have used nothing else since.
