My favorite pan. After years of use this skillet is virtually nonstick, but it also browns foods beautifully.

I heart my Le Creuset skillet! The surface is like a pre-seasoned cast iron skillet, with enough grab to create a good fond, but not so much that things really stick. Cleans up a dream! (via Rachel Collins)

My favorite kitchen gear. Even with an electric stove top, I can still get this skillet super hot to sear meats and finish them in the oven. It beats lighting the outdoor grill when time is tight.
