Kombucha is a tea elixir that has a myriad of benefits for the body both internally and externally. Promotes cell growth, digestive functions, increases energy, improves liver functions and improves the look of skin and hair. It naturally detoxifies the body and simultaneously stimulates you. I personally drink one a day (Multi Green is my favorite), and since I started I have stopped drinking coffee, my acne breakouts are rare to never, and I intrinsically feel better when I drink Kombucha daily.

I started drinking GT's about four years ago. It has become a part of my daily diet. I drink about two or more a day. I find that it gives me sastained energy, My favorites are multi green because I love spirulina, and the ginger one! I'am going to start making my own soon because it will be a lot cheaper and more economical!
