Life of the party Lola! This skinny tube of a heavyweight stretch silk dress is bedecked from strapless top to hemline with rows of black fringe. The 2" band at top has sticky tape on the inside to keep things up, and as usual with Mr. Godfrey, the dress is very well-constructed. (via intermixonline.com)
