We use multiple cutting boards for chicken, beef, fruits, etc in order to avoid any possible cross contamination in the kitchen. These folding cutting boards are awesome for this need.

I just used mychop 2 pot for taco Tuesday at my house. It’s big enough to chop all the veggies that went into my meal, yet it’s small enough to store in my small kitchen. I bought the green chop 2 pot and loved how bright and colorful my meal was. (via Delight.com)
