My son was recently released from his employment at Ikea for not taking brakes at his assigned time. Granted I may not be getting the full story only one side. My son explained that many times his break comes when he is helping customers their for he finishes his job and takes his break latter or I'll assume not at all. When he asked why management can take time off when ever they want he was told they are managers and can do what they want he on the other hand has to fallow their orders. He has mentioned partying with management after hours and has observed managers doing drugs in front of the building which I'll assume is ok since they are managers.
Sounds like being a manager at Ikea means you can party all you want, do drugs on Ikea premises and bully employees around. Really cool environment with great roll models for our kids to fallow.

So cheap and always looks great!
