I'm a fan of Leslie Sansone's videos-simple moves with pleasant (not-too-annoying) banter, they're enjoyable and often seem to fly by. This 3-mile walk is the latest addition to my collection. A perfect in home aerobic walking workout--recommend to have the 2lb hand weights to get the maximum benefit. Total workout time (including warm up and cool down): approximately 45 min.
