These noise canceling headphones are amazing for plane trips. I've used them to listen to music on short flights. On long flights overseas, I have used them to cut back the engine noise so I could sleep. They work great - and have great quality sound too! Highly recommended for anyone who travels. Bonus - they fold up!
PS> My husband has used these when mowing the lawn as well - I don't have personal experience with them there - but these may be helpful with other engine noises as well!
