It only goes up to 8 MPH, so if you're a "real" runner, this isn't the treadmill for you. But, if you are a walker or jogger, it's not too bad. It's really small and it folds up. So it's perfect for anyone living in an apartment or other confined space.

I bought this for my Christmas gift to myself. Only being around 5 feet tall
mid 50's. This is something that works great. It is solid, very quiet and gives you a good workout if you like to walk. I would recommend this to anyone who is on the shorter side and just love to walk.
