If you enjoy a nice oil and vinegar dressing on your leaves, you may have cruets of both oil and vinegar, but with the new Salad Sunrise - Oil and Vinegar Set, you get one that combines them right in the same bottle. The natural properties of the oil and vinegar ensure that they will stay completely separated. Simply pour in the vinegar first, then the oil and watch wait for them to separate and settle. When you are ready to dispense, there are separate spouts on each side for pouring. A very cool design by designer Arnout Visser that will compliment any kitchen. (via The Green Head)

This oil and vinegar decanter works simply by the properties of oil and vinegar not mixing together... vinegar pours from the bottom, and oil from the top!
