I've never really liked wearing weightlifting gloves. And these gizmos would have save a lot of wear and tear on my hands. Plus, my 11 year old woudn't constantly be telling me, "Dad, you're hands are really gross." She's an ego booster, that's for sure.

Many people who workout in a gym and use the free weights or machines to strength train have a common complaint. Calluses on the hands from holding the bars and pulling with them to perform the exercise. Your hands take a beating. Lynx grips are the solution. I have been training for years and wore gloves most of the time but now using Lynx my hands are fine. Unlike gloves these fit easily into my hand and I can recruit more muscles in my wrists and hands to better my performance. It also helps reduce slipping and cramping and eliminates the calluses. I love these things and they come in tons of colors.

As a female in the gym, I hate the bulky weight gloves, but I need something to protect my hands. Lynx has been the perfect solution! I couldn't image working out without them!
