I absolutely hated cooking for my girs. They'd play with their food, hide it somewhere between 6 and 12 under the vegetable or potatoe. Then I'd end up making them mac n cheese, pband j, or hot dogs. I was always frustrated because they weren't getting the nutrients they needed.
Now, the problem is solved. They help in the kitchen, they pick out what they want, and they look forward to this nightly ritual. And, the plates are always clean when we're done. I'm a happy daddy. (via foodnetwork.com)

Kids do almost everything their parents do! Or at least they want to! Cooking for kids will give them all the right tools to grow up knowing their way around a kitchen and what kind of goodies they can create! There's all kinds of different arts for all kinds of people let cooking be one!
