I watched this movie last night and seriously, whoa!!! I had a good feeling that most of the food I eat is totally bunk and gross but this just confirmed my suspicions.

I had stopped eating chicken 6 years ago because I knew that nonsense was nasty but now I am officially off corn fed beef too. Ick.

I have always made an effort to eat local/organic but now I know that's the only way. I know that from time to time I will indulge in some fast food garbage but at least I really know what I am getting myself into when I do that.

Watch this movie! So good.
