It's just like the old school Hula Hoop, only heavier. The Heavy Hoop is a total body workout for people of all ages and skill levels. The added resistance increases the intensity of your workout. It's a unique and fun way to do your cardio and strengthen your core. I kinda sucked at it, but it was really fun.

I took a class with one of these on a retreat a while back - and it really IS fun. A fun way to work out - it works your core and hips and butt and all those good places. Plus, it's way more fun than doing crunches.

They usually come with fun videos, too, so you don't get bored.
