The SmartSet Weather / Alarm Clock Radio by Emerson Research is for those of us who are sick and tired of messing around with the time and alarm settings on our alarm clocks, especially after a time change or power outage. This cool new dual alarm clock automatically sets the time and date all by itself and resets all settings including alarms after losing power or unplugging it. Even better, and also kind of rare on an alarm clock, is the built-in "Specific Area Message Encoding (S.A.M.E.)" Weather Alert System to warn you of those unexpected night twisters and other unwanted extreme weather phenomena.
