According to Bonsai Boy of NY, this is the bonsai to get if you are inexperienced with bonsais or if you have a "brown thumb". Also, if you don't know what tree to purchase for someone, this beautiful little tree is also a good pick. They thrive in offices, dorms or anywhere else. They adapt well in low to high lighting environments. It is one of the easiest bonsais to care for and is a "trouble-free" evergreen. This tree features tiny umbrella-shaped leaves that form a dense tree canopy. Very popular and well-suited for easy indoor care. (via bonsaiboy.com)
