Three's recommendation

First to recommend

Most of the time the music of Tom Waits is like a slide that takes me into another time and place, "Orphans" feels more like sitting on the passenger seat of a cool old American automobile that happens to be possessed by ghosts.

Noteworthy tracks:

Lie to Me
Lord I've Been Changed
Road to Peace
King Kong

i'm convinced that tom waits is a robot with gravel stuck in his speaker. no way does any human age as well as waits has, especially given his proclivities.

lou reed and mick jagger look like effing skeletor, but tom waits looks like a middle-aged mormon? not possible. robot.
