Even though I have lived in Japan and enjoy a lot of Japanese food and culture, sake is not one of my favorite libations. However, Takara's Hana sake, flavored with Fuji Apple is one of the smoothest, nicest sakes that I have ever enjoyed. I am not a sake connoisseur, so please do not assume that I am a wine expert, but if you want a sweet, mild, and smooth sake with a nice apple flavor, this is the wine for you!
