This just might be the answer to all my morning madness of heaving my giant blender onto the counter, filling it with frozen berries, fat-free plain yogurt and a splash of pomegranate juice, sending it into a spin with a buzz so loud it wakes my neighbors, dumping it into a to-go cup, then leaving the blender on the counter, just to dry into a crusty mess by the time i get home.
