Tea cakes can be hard to make! I always seem to have an issue with the glaze setting up right, invariably it gets all drippy. And in such flavors as lemon and white chocolate; lavender, lemon and early grey; hazelnut, chocolate and orange; and almond, vanilla, amaretto and chocolate they sounds absolutely heavenly.
