Unique and amazing. SimonPearce's handmade basket collection features African Baskets that are woven by women from the tiny Mbunda tribe of Zambia. Made from roots of makenge bushes and stained using dyes from leaves and fruit, no two baskets are alike. They may take up to two months to complete. Doubling as pieces of art, they also symbolize universal motifs about marriage, family, and love. They can be displayed as wall art or used for the tabletop.
