I am addicted to green tea with just a splash of soy milk.
This matcha green tea is perfect because it's easy to dilute.
On the other hand it's perfect for baking - green tea tiramisu, creme brulée, loaf cake...

I work at the urban Tea Merchant in west vancouver canada where we sell mariage freres Matcha and Matcha Uji. I have to say it is by far one of the best matchas you can find on the market. It does after all come from the most respected tea company in the world.
