Coda is a one-window web development for Mac OS X. Edit HTML or CSS, and publish to the web in a single application that makes use of tabbed-windows. Rather than opening an FTP app, a text-editor, a CSS-editor, or the Terminal (ssh) to complete an update; you can simply open one program. Coda was the winner of the 2007 Apple Design Award for "Best User Experience". Consider Coda another essential and affordable program. I have to admit, I still use Transmit, BBEdit, CSSEdit, and Xyle scope, but Coda rounded out my web development arsenal. Worth the cost.
