"Cinnamon Pastry?" you say? Oh yes, Cinnamon Pastry. Mmmm mmmm good. I was skeptical, I'm not a big cinnamon fan and I certainly wouldn't think it would work with coffee. But, like chocolate and peanut butter, this just works.

When you brew it, the smell is DIVINE. It smells like some little Keebler Elf snuck into your kitchen and made some cinnamon buns. Sweet, cinnamony, good. The taste doesn't quite match up with the smell. But thats a good thing, as I think it'd be too sweet if it did. Instead, its a spicy but not smack-you-in-the-face spicy cup. Its medium roast, and delicious. Timothy's says its one of their most popular coffees in the store. I can see why. Try it. Yum.
