You have found the Perfect Water/Energy Saving Retrofit Device for every home. Install this pump under the sink farthest from the water heater where hot water takes longest to arrive. A sensor in the pump causes water to flow at 85 degrees F and cease at 95 degrees F thus delivering continuous hot water to this and surrounding fixtures.
