In the course of one magical evening, Jonathan (Cusack) and Sara (Beckinsale) meet unexpectedly ... then part without expectation when she decides they must let fate determine if they are meant to be together. Don't be fooled by the plot, Serendipity is much more than some sweet love story. As always, Cusack has a raw, believable performance and when accompanied by, the perfect, Kate Beckinsale, everything just works. However, it end up being an interesting looking into chance v. fate and what it's like to never settle.

This is the first movie my wife and I watched together. It was a "fortunate accident" that we met...this is also the reason our store is named Serendipity Deals....even though it's a tough name to remember, I wouldn't change it for the world.

Dude, John Cusack is the best actor ever. Seriously. I love him to death. I will watch any romantic comedy for him.
