Zoobooks is, in my opinion, the classic kid's magazine. If your child loves animals (which most do), they will love getting this in the mail.

Zoobooks comes in two flavors:

- Zootles (age 2-6)
- Zoobooks (age 5-12)

If your child is already really into animals I recommend skipping the Zootles and going straight to Zoobooks. A friend of mine has an animal-crazy 3 year old and found that Zootles was too young for him.

And, as always, half the excitement is about getting their very own magazine in the mail! (via Zoobooks)

This appears to be an awesome animal magazine. I'm looking for a gift for a two year old and this just may be the trick. The other thing I like about a magazine subscription is that your gift will keep coming all year long! (via Vorpaks)
