I am looking for a dress to wear to an August wedding in Los Angeles. It will be hot, so I think a halter dress should work. I like this dress. It's one of those casual-formals. Formal because it's long. Casual because it's made of jersey knit. I worry it's a bit too loud though. You're not supposed to take attention away from the wedding couple... Is this thing too obnoxious?
