Interesting album in its own right, although definitely showing a more mellow side to Mr. Reznor over time. Yet it's even more interesting when you add in the lead-up. USB sticks being left at venues, clues being hidden all over the internet, odd spoof websites. Everything leading to this strange conspiracy theory. It's an interesting look at how to craft a whole stroy around an album thanks to the internet.

When I put the CD in my CD player, it turned from black-with-white-writing to white-with-black-writing. Pretty cool.

It always takes me a while to get into a new CD, but so far, I'd say it's pretty good. Definitely a little noisier and less lyrical than With Teeth.
