Kotsubu Natto - 4 pack

Kotsubu Natto - 4 pack

Description

Natto is a Japanese dish made out of fermented soybeans. It has a nutty flavor, is sticky and makes long threads like spidersilk, and has a smell you either appreciate for its complexity or you think it smells like an old sneaker.

Kotsubu Natto is one of my favorite brands of pre-made natto. I personally like to eat my natto plain and mixed w/a bit of ponzu sauce or on top of some steamed rice. I love Kotsubu Natto but my wife thinks it is vile.

If you have never tried it and like to sample more unusual foods, I highly recommend natto. I think it is totally delicious. Additionally, it is rumored to have amazing health benefits such as being good for your heart and immune system, as well as being packed w/veggie protein.

Live long and prosper thru natto!!!
