These are AWESOME! I love eating my veggie burgers with whole wheat buns but those buns are pretty high in calories (220 usually) but then I met these and they changed my life. These thins get you your carb fix without breaking the calorie bank. They only have 100 calories. They are really tasty too. I am eating some tuna salad on one now. They are soft and good for you too.
