Grads (high school or college) will be most likely be eating out a lot. Help them make the best choices when they go out to eat because no one like the freshman 15. Or the I just graduation and blew all of my money on beer and pizza 30.

David Zinczenko, editor in chief of Men's Health magazine and frequent Today Show guest, has co-written a really cool non-diet book. Eat This Not That: Thousands of Simple Food Swaps That Can Save You 10, 20, 30 Pounds-or More! is a great resource for anyone who has to "eat on the go". The 300 page book is almost exclusively comprised of glossy photographs comparing fast food choices. I think many people will be surprised to learn that the McDonald's Quarter Pounder® is a better choice than the Premium Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich. And, if you are worried that this book is not for you because you don't eat fast food...never fear - it also includes smart choices at the grocery store as well as other restaurants. if you are one of those people that eats ice cream for breakfast and cookies for lunch, then you need some food eduMAcation. This book is not for dieters, instead, it is ideal for people who don't know how to eat healthy.

Handy book that tells you what you can eat at fast food restaurants and save 10-30 pounds. Normally get a banana bran muffin at Starbucks? You might want to have one of their breakfast sandwiches instead if you want less calories.

Haven't read it, but getting a good eating well book for 99 cents seems like a great deal! it's cheaper than a BigMac! (via Everyday Health)
