i have four of these fans in various sizes and two colors. They are fantastic. Mine range in size from 2 different size desk models and 2 different size floor models. That's how much i love them. They are pretty quiet unless it is on the way up on high and oscillating. Love the retro look. They are heavy and not to be moved around a lot. The floor models actually have a weight in them and believe me, they don't shake and shimmer even at high speeds.
