American Dairy lags far behind in taste when compared to anything European. Face it.
I was pleasantly suprised however, by Whole Foods Icelandic Skyre! Pick it up from your nearest Whole Foods Grocery Shop. Its a divine, thick parfait with berries, honey, soft granola, and the yogurt/ skyre from heaven!
It's a must.
Not too sweet. Not too sour. Just perfect and tastes rich but healthy (a paradox of the best kind! )
