I love You, Stacey Bendet! This beaded dress by Alice + Olivia certainly put a smile on my face. The multi-color beads are so yummy. I also like the retro feel and the sexy yet elegant silhouette. Priced at $440 it's a bit pricey but well worth it. (via Saks)
